Stand Up for Students Maine is a coalition of teachers, educators, parents, and other supporters of public schools.  Together we advocate for fair and equitable funding for our public schools so our schools have the resources they need to be successful without further relying on property taxes. 

We support greater support for students, including the expansion of free meal programs and programs that advance equity for all students.  In addition, our coalition is dedicated to the advancement of teachers and other educators.  We know every student deserves great teachers and great support wherever they live.
